Do you want to be fit, but don’t know where to start? Meet your classmates—a diverse group of virtual characters who will help you explore and understand fitness and health. With the help of your new online friends, you will determine your current level of fitness and learn how you can improve. You will also learn safety rules for exercise, how to create your own equipment, how different activities target different parts of your body, how to push yourself to reach a goal, and how to be a good sport. Other topics you will explore include diversity in sports, nutrition, peer pressure, and choices. You will keep a log of your activities. Coach Cardio will help you measure your growing fitness level. You will also complete a few projects as you learn about yourself, your fitness and the world around you.
